A Florida farm shipping fresh living spirulina direct. We rebuilt the store, we run the search work, and our engineers built the subscription logic.
See the projectCompanies come to us for two things: the application their work runs on, and the marketing that fills the pipeline in front of it. One contract covers both, and you work with the engineers and the SEO lead directly.
Most companies reach us at one of two points. Either a technical role has been open for months and the roadmap is slipping, or the work runs on a tool that stopped fitting years ago and nobody is sure where to touch it. We start with the operation: what your team does on a Tuesday, before anyone decides what gets built.
Our engineering team works under a CTO with more than ten years in backend and frontend. We take turnkey projects, and we add senior engineers to development teams that already have a plan of their own. Either way the code sits in your repository, the documentation goes in as the work happens, and the exit terms are in the contract from the start.
On the marketing side the usual starting point is a site that gets visitors and very few inquiries, or spend going out across three channels with no way to tell which one earns it back. We begin with what already arrives: who lands on your site today, what they do, and where they leave.
From there we work search, paid, the site itself and the flows behind the form. Every account and every dataset is opened in your name, and the monthly review of your own numbers is on the calendar before the work starts.
The two divisions run separately. Hire the marketing team and no one pitches you software, and it works the same way in the other direction. When a project genuinely needs both, you still get one plan and one contract.
Each one has its own page: what it covers, how we run it, and when it is the right call. If two of them look right, say so on the first call and we will tell you which to do first.

Your morning is our working day. A nine o’clock call on the East Coast lands in the middle of our day, and we take late-afternoon Pacific calls often enough that it is routine. On an engagement with dedicated engineers, they keep the same hours as your team, and that is written into the contract rather than offered as a favor.
You sign once. You contract with STRADA 360 Digital S.L. Marketing, software or both, it is the same contract and the same people accountable for it. Send over the NDA you use with your own vendors and we work under it, purchase orders and supplier portals included.
There is nobody in the middle. The engineer writing the code and the lead running your site are the ones on the call, with a partner accountable for the account. Questions get answered where they come up, so a decision made on Tuesday reaches the person building it on Tuesday.
Anything else you want to know before a first call is on why STRADA, including what goes in writing and how a project moves from the first call to the first release.
Raw Living Spirulina is a Florida brand that grows and sells direct, and they are the client who introduces us in the United States. We carry three sides of that account: the store, the search work and the software behind their orders.

A mortgage brokerage lives on trust. We rebuilt the site around that, with a route to the first conversation a stranger will actually take.

A workwear ordering CRM with a list of faults. We fixed them and reworked the screens so staff of any age can place an order unaided.

We built it and we run it in house for our clients, so our AI visibility numbers do not depend on anyone else's platform. The scoring formula is published.
See how we use itA personal injury firm, a dental group and a parts manufacturer each find customers somewhere different, and each one stalls somewhere different. Pick yours and see how we work it and where we would start.
Something goes wrong for somebody, they type a practice area and a city into their phone, and they read two or three profiles before they dial. We build the page that matches that search and the route from it to your phone.
A practice runs on two kinds of patient: the one who searched for a dentist this morning, and the one on your books nine years who is overdue for a cleaning. Most marketing reaches only the first. We work both.
Patients search a symptom long before they search a specialty, and then they want a provider and an opening. We build the symptom page, the provider bio and a clear path to an appointment time.
Discovery happens on a feed, the decision happens on your site, and what you actually sell is twenty minutes with your injector. Every page and every ad points at that one booked consult.
Almost every brokerage site is built for buyers: search bar, map, photo grid. A seller who wants to know what their house is worth has nowhere to go on it. We build the seller route and keep the buyer one fast.
It is eleven at night, the furnace is out, and whoever picks up the phone gets the job. We build the route to that call and keep the budget inside the area your trucks already cover.
Somebody gets your name from a CPA or a friend, then looks you up to decide whether to call. We make that check easy: who you serve, how you are paid, and what the first meeting involves.
Insurance holds two sales: the three-quote comparison you have to be part of, and the renewal that passes quietly every year. We work the quote page and the reasons a household keeps three policies with you.
Your ERP knows what was ordered. The floor knows what actually ran, on a clipboard and a shared spreadsheet somebody reconciles Friday afternoon. We build the software that closes that gap.
Where is my freight. The answer is already split across your TMS and three carrier portals, and somebody on your team is the translator. We put that status on your customer's screen instead.
Your store, your subscription app, your 3PL and your books each hold a version of the same order. We connect the stack you already pay for and build the pieces nobody sells off the shelf.
You have dates in front of customers and a hiring pipeline that will take a quarter. We add senior engineers to your team, in your repository and your sprint, working the same hours as everyone else.
The paperwork that decides whether you get paid gets written at six in the evening, in a truck, from memory. We build the software that captures it on the job and sends it into the office system.
A dealership is two businesses in one building, and the same customer shows up in sales and in service without either side knowing. We join them and connect the work to the DMS you already run.
Restaurants and hotels run in shifts and report in months, so a manager hears that labor ran high about eighty shifts late. We put the shift in front of the person who can still do something about it.
Corporate wants every location reporting the same way, down to the same fields in the same order. Every location has a reason it works differently, and some of them you do not own. We build the system that holds the standard and the exception.
Tell us the goal and where things stand right now. We come back with what we would do first, what it involves and who would be on it.
Let’s talk about your projectWhat companies ask us while they are comparing vendors. Anything that is not here, bring it to the call.
Send us the goal, where things stand today and when you need it. We reply within one to two business days to set up a first call.
