Web design and development

We design and build sites in WordPress. Structure first, then the interface, then the build. What you end up with is a site your own team can run, with measurement live the day it goes up and the maintenance settled in the same contract as the build.

What we build

Sites built around what the visitor came for

Three shapes cover most of what companies ask us for. Yours gets written down, page by page, before anything is designed.

01

Corporate site

Your home base for inbound inquiries

A clear site that explains what you do and sends people to the form. Each service gets its own page, with the structure it needs to rank on its own.

Fits companies that sell services.

Let’s talk about your project
02

Booking and appointments

A calendar that fills without a phone call

Clients pick an open slot in under a minute and the front desk stops playing phone tag. Every service gets a page of its own, so the booking and the search for it live together.

Fits practices and anything run by appointment.

03

Online store

A checkout that gets out of the way

An organized catalog, fast browsing and a short checkout, for people who already came to buy. Category pages written the way shoppers search.

Fits brands with a catalog to grow.

04

Personal brand

Credibility first, then a way to reach you

Who you are, what you take on and the work behind it, with a short path from reading about you to booking the call.

Fits consultants and independent professionals.

05

Landing page

One action, nothing in the way

A single message, the proof under it, one visible button. Built for a campaign or for one service you want to push.

Fits campaigns and launches.

06

Microsite

Small, quick, built to be measured

A handful of pages carrying one message and one button. Fast to launch, easy to read in the numbers, easy to retire when the campaign is over.

Fits launches and events.

Custom WordPress, built to measure

Sites that load quickly, stay patched, and can be picked up by whoever owns them next.

Nothing here starts from a purchased theme. We set the architecture, design the interface and then build it, so the site reads clearly to a visitor, stays simple for your team to run, and still holds together when you add another thirty pages to it.

The builder gets picked per project. Bricks for most of what we do, Gutenberg when your team would rather stay in the native editor, and we will work in Astra or Elementor on a site already running on them. Forms, booking, a store or a members area get wired in where the business needs them.

Performance and crawlability are handled at the base rather than patched in at the end, and measurement is connected before the site goes public.

Day to day

One person on the project, reachable inside your working day

Stefan Valentin runs the project and answers you directly. Calls go on the calendar through noon Eastern, and first thing on the Pacific, so the decisions that come up in your morning get made in it.

Step by step

How the project runs

A site gets organized around what each kind of visitor came to find, and how many steps it takes them to get there. Looks come after that, and they come easier once the structure is settled.

Strategy and structure

We go through your business and your customers, then agree the sitemap: which pages exist, what each one has to do, and how someone gets from the home page to the form.

UX and UI design

You see the site as a Figma prototype before any code is written: screens, states and the mobile layout. Changes happen here, where they are cheap.

Build

Your WordPress is built to measure with Bricks: clean markup, fast loads, clean URLs, and heading hierarchy and crawl control configured as it goes.

Launch and handover

We publish, switch on measurement, and walk your team through the admin so copy, photos and products are yours to change.

Deliverables

What every project includes

Scope is agreed before the build starts, so you know what is in it, how it gets handed over and what you can run yourself afterward.

01

Architecture and design

The page map and the interface, down to how each screen size behaves, with the form always within reach.

02

WordPress build

Built from scratch for the project with Bricks, clean enough to extend a year from now, and tuned for Core Web Vitals on the devices your customers actually use.

03

SEO groundwork and measurement

Clean URLs, heading hierarchy, base metadata, structured data, internal links and crawl control. GA4 and Search Console connected, with your events live on day one.

04

Forms and integrations

Contact and quote forms wired to where your team works, plus the payment, booking, CRM or email tools the business already runs on.

Ecommerce

Designers and developers for your online store

Stores built to sell, to scale and to be measured, with the catalog and the checkout treated as the product they are.

Having people who have shipped stores before shows up in the small decisions. We design the browsing so a deep catalog makes sense at a glance, write category pages the way shoppers phrase it, and keep the checkout short enough that nobody abandons it out of boredom. Underneath, the build stays stable when the catalog triples.

We work in WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento and PrestaShop. Which one you belong on comes down to your catalog and the operation behind it, and we will tell you if the platform you are on already does the job.

  • Transactional SEO · catalog, categories and conversion
  • Production-grade front end
Interface

UX and UI design with a reason behind every screen

We design in the tools your own developers read, and hand over an interface nobody has to guess at.

  • Figma
  • Sketch
  • Framer

Every project follows the same order. Structure and business goals first, then wireframes and visual hierarchy, then the interface itself, built out of reusable components with consistent styles and responsive behavior checked on real screen sizes. What comes out of it is organized, cheap to maintain, and shaped around what the visitor is trying to do on the page.

Interface component

Navigation

A menu that holds its shape from a wide desktop down to a phone.

Interface component

Sign-in

Short, legible access for the people who use the site every day.

Design process

Five steps

Research, then architecture, then the UI system, then the prototype, then handover to the build.

Let’s talk about your project

What you approve in design is what gets built.

After launch

What happens once the site goes live

Launch day is the start of the part most proposals skip. Here is how we handle it, and all of it is agreed before the build begins.

01

You run the site

Copy, photos and products change from the admin without touching code, and your team is trained on it before handover.

02

Measurement is already on

Analytics, Search Console and your events are live at launch, so your first month after launch gives you real data to read.

03

Security, backups and updates

Hardening and backups go in before the site is public. WordPress and plugin updates get a named owner, written into the contract.

04

Maintenance signed with the build

If you want us handling updates, backups and small changes, it is priced and signed alongside the site, with the scope and the response window in the same contract.

Ongoing search work is its own service. When you want content, authority and month-to-month tracking after launch, that is SEO, and it can start the week the site goes up.

Who we build for

Industries we work in

A site for a law firm and a site for a manufacturer are two different problems, so the structure starts from what your buyer came to check before they call. We build for dental practices, healthcare groups, med spas, real estate, home services, financial services and insurance agencies, for multi-location brands and hospitality, for online stores and SaaS companies, and on the industrial side for logistics operators, construction firms and automotive businesses. On each industry page you will find what that visitor checks before calling anyone, and how we lay a site out around it.

FAQ

Questions we get before a build starts

Let’s talk about your project

Scope decides it: how many pages, whether there is a store or a booking system, how much content has to be produced, and which integrations you want. After the first call you get a fixed quote in writing with the whole scope listed.

That depends on the scope and on how quickly content comes back to us. The schedule and the dates go in the proposal in writing. What speeds a project up more than anything else is having copy, photos and access ready at the start.

It includes the technical groundwork: architecture and clean URLs, heading hierarchy, metadata, internal linking, performance, structured data, and crawl and indexing control. The site launches ready to rank. The ongoing side, content and authority and monthly tracking, is a separate service you can add whenever you want.

Yes, and that is how we build it. Copy, photos and products change from the admin with no code, and we train your team before handover. If you would rather we handle backups, updates and security, maintenance is priced and signed alongside the build.

WooCommerce when the store sits inside a WordPress site, and Shopify, Magento or PrestaShop when the catalog or the operation calls for it. Category pages, product pages and the checkout get the same treatment either way.

What you sell, who buys it, and what you want a visitor to do. A logo, photos, copy or an existing site all help as a starting point. Whatever is missing we go through on the first call and write into the project plan.

Next step

Tell us what the site has to do

Send us what your business sells and what you need the site to do for it. We reply within one to two business days to set up a first call, and from there we map the route for the project.
