Google Ads management, measured after the click

We build and run your Search, Shopping and remarketing campaigns, and we track what happens once someone clicks, so the budget moves toward whatever brings inquiries. The ad account stays in your company's name. Each month you get a report that reads in one sitting.

  • The ad account and the data are yours
  • Stefan Valentin runs the account
  • You set the budget
  • A monthly report and a short call
Ownership

The ad account goes in your company’s name

This is the first thing we put in writing, before a single campaign gets built. The Google Ads account belongs to your company, with you as the administrator. STRADA comes in with manager access. Google is explicit about how that works: the account keeps its own data, and access for whoever manages it can be removed by you at any point.

Everything around it works the same way. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Merchant Center and the conversion history sit in your accounts. If you already have accounts running we work inside them rather than starting fresh, so the learning they have done stays where it is.

Media spend is billed by Google straight to the payment method on your account. Our fee arrives as a separate invoice, so you can always see what went to Google and what went to the work.

  • 01Your name on the account. You hold administrator rights. We hold manager access.
  • 02Your history stays put. Conversion data, audiences and search term history remain in the account.
  • 03Your call on access. Remove ours and the account keeps running with everything in it.
  • 04Two invoices. Google bills the spend. We bill the work.

What is included

What the account management covers

It starts with a look at what already exists: which accounts are live, what has been tried, and what is being measured. From there we build what your business needs.

  1. /01

    Search campaigns

Google Ads on the queries your buyer uses when they are ready to act: the ones asking for pricing, a quote or an appointment. With the negative keyword list that goes with them.
  2. /02

    Shopping and the product feed

For online stores: a Merchant Center feed built properly, the products that carry real margin, and spend placed where inventory moves.
  3. /03

    Remarketing

Going back to the people who got partway through and stopped, with a message written for that moment. We build it once there is enough traffic for the audiences to hold up.
  4. /04

    Measurement and conversion tracking

GA4, conversion tags, enhanced conversions where they fit, and consent handling set up for the privacy rules you operate under. Every adjustment after that has a reason you can read.
  5. /05

    The landing page

Traffic sent to a page that does not convince is budget spent twice. We build the page too when it comes to that: the same promise the ad made, and a clear path to the form.
  6. /06

    Meta Ads alongside it

Facebook and Instagram reach your buyer in the middle of something else, so the message has two seconds to land. We run it next to search when the audience is there.

How we judge it

Paying for clicks is easy. Knowing which ones are worth paying for is the job

So we track what happens after the click: which campaigns end in a conversation, which ones only consume budget, and which searches are worth keeping out. The monthly report is built on that one thing. Inquiries, and where they came from.

Method

How the account gets run

Four phases, and at any point you can ask what we are doing and why.

01

Kickoff: ownership, goals, measurement

We go through what has been tried, which accounts exist and what is being tracked. Before anything gets touched, whose name the accounts are in and what counts as a result go in writing.

02

Structure and first campaigns

Campaigns get built by objective, with their copy, their audiences and their exclusions. We open on the highest purchase intent and widen out from there.

03

Adjustment, with a reason behind it

Search terms, ads, bids and audiences get reviewed continuously. We change things when the data supports it and we respect the learning phase, because a large change restarts it. Budget moves toward whatever brings inquiries.

04

Each month: report and next step

What was spent, what it brought in and what we propose next. Then a short call where you decide which way the next month goes.

Who runs your account

One person on the account, and you talk to him

Stefan Valentin runs SEO and marketing at STRADA. He builds the account, he reviews it, and he is the person on your monthly call. The one who answers your email is the one who built the campaign.

We sit six hours ahead of the East Coast and nine ahead of the West. Your morning is our afternoon, so calls go on the calendar between 8 and 11 a.m. Eastern, and something you send in the morning gets picked up the same business day.

This is what lands in your inbox every month.

  • 01The monthly report. What was spent, what came in and where from, campaign by campaign.
  • 02A live dashboard. The same numbers, open whenever you want to look.
  • 03The changes made. What was paused, what was raised and the reasoning for both.
  • 04Next month’s plan. What we propose testing and what it asks of the budget.

If we also handle your SEO, it all arrives in the same report.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they start

What comes up on the first call, answered with what Google publishes in its own documentation.

Let’s talk about your project

Your company does. The account is in your name with you as administrator, and STRADA works through manager access that you can remove at any time. Conversion history, audiences and search term data stay in the account whatever happens to the relationship.

You do, directly. Google charges the payment method on your account and our fee comes on a separate invoice. Google offers automatic payments, manual payments and, in some cases, monthly invoicing. Taxes and surcharges on the spend show up on Google's invoice, not ours.

Once it comes out of the learning phase. Google says a bid strategy can need as many as 50 conversions, or three conversion cycles, to calibrate itself. Performance is less stable while that is happening. How long it lasts depends on the volume your business does, and the first report tells you what to expect in your case.

The bid counts. So does quality. Google runs an auction on every search that weighs your bid, the quality of the ad, the quality of the page it sends people to, minimum thresholds and the context of the person searching. Google says a higher bid by itself does not secure the spot. Which is why the landing page gets worked on alongside the campaign.

Every ad goes through review before it serves. Google says most are reviewed within one business day, though some take longer. Google may also ask you to verify your business as an advertiser, and only an account administrator can complete that, so we line it up at kickoff.

Next step

Tell us what you sell and what you have tried

Send over what you sell, who buys it and which accounts already exist. We look at it and tell you whether paid search fits, what we would run first and what we would measure. You hear back within one to two business days to set up a call.
