Declined work disappears
The inspection found four items, the customer approved two. The other two were real, they were written down, and nobody follows up because following up is a manual list nobody owns.
A dealership is two businesses in one building. Sales runs on inventory and listings, service runs on repair orders and bay hours, and the same customer shows up in both without either side knowing. We build the software that joins them and connect it to the DMS you already run.
None of these are about getting more traffic through the door. They are about the traffic that came through it last month.

A unit sold Saturday and is still live on three listing sites Tuesday. Photos, pricing and the reconditioning status each get updated in a different place by a different person.
Status updates, estimate approvals and pickup times all go through one advisor holding two handsets. The customer calls because there is no other way to find out.
A job is booked for Thursday and the part arrives Friday. The car occupies a lift, the technician moves to something else, and the hour billed is lower than the hour available.
STRADA DEV is our software division. We work in phases, and we scope against what your DMS actually allows before anything is promised.
In most industries the question is what to build. Here the first question is what your core system will share, and the answer decides everything after it.

That is the first thing we confirm, with your vendor contract in front of us, and it is the part of the scope we will not guess at. Some systems publish an interface, some require a data agreement, some give you a scheduled file. All three can carry a project, with different refresh rates. You get the answer in writing before you commit to a build.
Most stores do, and the problem is usually overlap rather than gaps. We map what each tool actually owns, point out the three that are billing you for the same field, and build only the piece that nobody covers. Where a product you already pay for does the job, that is the recommendation.
They use what saves them a phone call. An inspection they finish at the car beats one they type up later, and a status page cuts the calls an advisor fields all morning. We spend time in the lane before we design anything, and we roll out to one bay first.
Then the weight shifts. Scheduling, estimate approval, parts ordering and bringing customers back for the work they postponed carry most of the value, and there is no inventory feed to worry about. The build is smaller, and it starts in the same place: following one repair order end to end.
Tell us how many rooftops or bays you run, what your DMS is and where your advisors spend the morning. We reply within one to two business days to set up a first call, and from there we map the route for your project.
