Wavepol (Web)

Boat rental and water experiences, with a wide catalog and customers arriving in three different languages. More than fifty pages, a page for every boat and every experience, and the booking never more than a tap away.

Wavepol Experience · STRADA 360 Digital

Wavepol rents boats and runs water experiences along the Valencian coast, always with a skipper and with no license needed. The service was good. The site was not telling anyone.

The challenge

The challenge came in two parts. First, organize a very wide catalog of tours, fleet, private experiences and water sports into navigation somebody understands on the first try. Second, reach the visitor who has just landed and is looking for something to do, in their own language, and not just the local customer.

And above both, the usual objective: the visit ends in a booking.

The solution

We designed and developed the whole site, with a consistent visual system across every page: clean typography, the Wavepol coral, and a magazine finish that lifts the brand on every screen.

More than fifty pages in three languages, Spanish, English and French, linked to each other, quick, and built for the phone, which is where anyone plans a day on a boat.

What we did

  • Digital brand identity. Color, type and detail to one standard, on every page.
  • Architecture built for booking. Home, tours, fleet, experiences and water sports, with a page of its own for every boat and every experience, and contact never far away.
  • Three complete languages. Spanish, English and French, not a partial translation. Every version has every page.
  • Motion with a reason. Smooth scrolling, reveals on the way down, moving ribbons and fleet carousels you can drag. Where it adds something, not as decoration.
  • Content people search for. Pages by service and by experience, written around what people actually type, with structured data and internal linking.
  • Contact without friction. WhatsApp, phone and email direct, custom forms, FAQs, and the business reviews in plain view.

Three complete languages

Most multilingual sites are a main version plus two shorter ones. That shows, and it shows worst to the visitor whose language got the short version. Here all three are complete: Spanish, English and French, every page in every one of them, including the page for each individual boat.

It costs more to build and far more to maintain, and it is the right call for a business whose customer has just landed at the airport and is deciding on a boat from a phone in a language that is not the local one.

Built for the phone

Nobody books a boat at a desk. They book it on a phone, often outdoors, often that same morning, and frequently on hotel wifi. That sets a harder standard than a desktop design: the fleet carousels have to be draggable with a thumb, the photography has to arrive fast enough to be worth having, and the contact options have to be a tap rather than a form.

So WhatsApp, phone and email are all direct, and the reviews sit in view near the point of decision. A booking decision made in two minutes needs the reassurance inside those two minutes.

What this one shows

  • A wide catalog needs a page per item. Fifty pages is the consequence of that, not the goal.
  • Complete translations, or none. A partial one does more damage than an English-only site.
  • The booking is the only metric. Contact sits on every page because the decision does not happen on one.

The result

Wavepol has gone from a presence spread over several places to a site of its own: ordered, quick and consistent, with the whole catalog navigable in three languages and room to add a new market without rebuilding anything.
