Software and technology services

Eight services, three groups, one engineering team. Some companies come to us for people, some for a tool that does not exist yet, and some because the systems they already depend on have no owner. This page points you at the right one.

Code on screen while the scope of a project is agreed in writing
How scope gets decided

A project is settled on paper before it is settled in code.

When a build runs long, the reason is usually a scope nobody wrote down and a new edge case every week. We close that part first, and any change to it is agreed and signed before it is built.

What holds across all eight

The same four rules, whichever one you pick

They are what the proposal commits to, and they read the same on every engagement.

01

Scope in writing first

What is included, what is not, and the price per phase, before anyone starts.

02

Named people

You know which engineers work on your project, and which lead follows up with you.

03

Access in your name

Repository, servers and accounts stay yours throughout, not held on our side.

04

Exit terms as clear as entry

Notice period and a documented handover, agreed at the start rather than negotiated at the end.

FAQ

What companies ask about custom software

The questions that come up while a company is deciding whether to build. If we have missed yours, ask on the first call.

Let’s talk about your project

Not to get started. We work with the system you already run as long as it will let data in and out on a schedule. If yours makes that hard, you hear it before anything is signed, with the options and what each one costs you in time. That part is covered in systems integration.

It depends on the scope, and the scope is the first thing we settle. We look at what you have, set aside anything an off-the-shelf tool already handles well, and quote only the part that has to be built. You get the price per phase in writing before the first line of code.

What we build for you is delivered with its documentation, and nothing gets held back at the end. The specific terms go in the contract, same as the scope and the price.

Then start with process automation on the tools you already pay for. It takes the work off someone's desk with far less building than a whole new system.

Yes. Our engineers join your sprints, your repository and your review process, and keep the same hours as your team. That arrangement is team augmentation, and the notice period and handover are written in from the start.

Whoever you want. Plenty of clients take the handover and run it themselves, with the documentation to do it. If you would rather not, managed services covers monitoring, backups, updates and a named person to call.

Next step

Not sure which of the eight you need?

Then describe the problem instead of the service. Tell us what your team does by hand, what has been open for months, or what you are worried will break. We reply within one to two business days to set up a first call, and on that call we will tell you which one fits, and if none of them does.
