Marketing automation inside the tools you already pay for

We map what happens between the moment somebody gives you an email address and the moment they order again, then we build it: the welcome, the nudge for the cart that stalled, the note after delivery, the alert to whoever picks up the phone. All of it inside your account, in your tool, and the person who builds it is the person who explains it.

  • Built in your own tool
  • The list and the consent record stay yours
  • Every flow documented in place
  • Measured in revenue per flow

Your stack, your list

We build in the tool you already have

Most brands that call us are already paying for something capable and using about a third of it. So the first job is not a migration. It is finding the part of what you own that already does what you need, and switching it on.

Flows get built in your account, on your sender domain, under your company’s name and your billing. Subscribers, the opt-in record and the send history stay where they are. Your list is the one audience you reach without paying a platform for the privilege, and nothing we build sits between you and it.

If a change does turn out to be worth it, you get the reasoning and what it asks of your team before anything is touched.

  • 01Your account, your sender domain. The tool stays on your payment method and sends as you.
  • 02Your list, your consent record. Subscribers, opt-ins and unsubscribes live in your tool and nowhere else.
  • 03Your call on access. Remove ours and every flow keeps running on schedule.
  • 04Documented where it runs. Each flow is annotated inside the tool, so a new hire can read it without calling us.

When it pays off

Four signs a business is ready for this

Automation is putting order into what happens to each contact. Today that is usually a person doing it by hand, and forgetting on a busy week.

01

Carts go quiet and nothing follows

Somebody fills a cart and leaves. A few were one shipping question away from ordering, and nobody answers it.

02

Somebody writes the same email every week

The welcome, the where-is-my-order, the how-do-I-use-it. Same message, written by hand, slightly different every time.

03

Years of customers, sitting still

Buyers and inquiries spread across a tool, a spreadsheet and somebody’s inbox. Nobody can say who is due a reason to come back.

04

Nobody can say which email brought the order

Open rates are easy to find. Which flow produced revenue last month is the number that changes what you do next.

What we build

The flows that run between the first click and the reorder

The work goes in parts. We usually start with the form and the one flow costing you most, then widen out.

  1. /01

    Where the contact comes in

Forms, signup offers, landing pages and popups: what gets asked, what does not need asking, and where each field ends up. If the site has to change for it, we change it.
  2. /02

    Welcome and the first order

What a new subscriber hears first, in what order, and how long it keeps going before it stops. Written from your own material and reviewed by you before it sends.
  3. /03

The cart and checkout that stalled

A reminder that answers whatever stopped them, usually shipping cost, delivery window or a question the product page left open. Then one short second attempt, and then it stops.
  4. /04

    After the package arrives

How to use it, what to expect, and the review request timed to when they have actually tried it. The reorder gets set up here too, with a message that depends on what they bought.
  5. /05

    Subscription cadence, pauses and skips

The notice before a renewal charge, the pause that keeps someone instead of losing them, the skip that does not read as a cancellation, and the way back for whoever left. Built against your subscription app, so the two agree.
  6. /06

Segments, a clean list and the numbers

We merge what is scattered, clear duplicates and split the list by whatever changes the message: what they bought, when, whether they subscribe. Then one screen with contacts in, revenue out and the flow it came from.

What the work actually is

The platform takes an afternoon. Deciding what happens when takes the week

Signing up for a tool is the easy part. The work is deciding what somebody hears when they leave a full cart, how long to wait before saying it, when to stop asking, and what your support inbox should be looking at on Monday morning. That is what we decide with you, and then build.

Method

The map first, then the tool

We start from what you already do. Each phase closes working, and you see progress from the first one.

01

We draw what happens today

From the first visit to the reorder, with names on it: who replies, with what, and how long they take. The gaps show up on their own once it is on paper.

02

We settle where it lives

Your tool, almost always, once we have seen what it can already do. Where the piece genuinely is not there, we propose what fits the size of your list.

03

We build one flow first

The one that costs you most. It gets written, connected, tested with real records and turned on. Once that works we go after the next.

04

We judge it on revenue

What opens matters less than what gets ordered. A flow that earns its place stays, and one that does not gets switched off rather than left running quietly.

What you get

A system your team can read and keep running

Everything we build is documented and in your hands, inside your own tool.

  • 01The map of your process. What happens at each step, who is involved and what gets sent. Useful for this and for whatever you build next.
  • 02The flows, live and annotated. Their copy, their conditions and their timing, written down inside the tool where they run.
  • 03Measurement of the whole journey. Contacts in, where from, and the revenue each flow produced, on one screen.
  • 04The handover session. We walk your team through the day to day: change a line of copy, pause a send, add an alert.

Stefan Valentin runs the work and answers you directly. Calls go on the calendar through midday Eastern and first thing on the Pacific, so something that needs a decision in your morning gets one in it.

When we also handle your SEO or your Google Ads, whatever those bring in lands in the same system and gets counted once. Where a flow needs data out of a system that was never built to share it, that part is built by STRADA DEV through systems integration.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they start

What comes up on the first call, answered plainly.

Let’s talk about your flows

We start in the one you have. The first step is seeing how much of it already covers what you need, and it is common to pay for a platform and use a slice of it. If a change does make sense, you get the reasoning before anything moves.

It tends to be the opposite. A blast goes to everybody at once with the same message. Here each send is triggered by something that person did, like leaving a cart or going quiet, and it stops once it has done its job. A real part of the work is writing fewer emails and better ones.

You do. The flows live inside your tool, on your account, documented step by step so any team can carry them on. The list, the consent record and the send history were always in your account and stay there. What gets handed over is agreed in writing before the work starts.

Consent is captured at the form, every send carries a working unsubscribe that is honored promptly, and we keep a record of who opted in, when and from which form. It is written up so your counsel can review it. The list is built from your own site and your own orders.

One person who knows how you sell today and can make a call, access to the tools you already run, and an hour to review the copy before it goes out. Brand language and support replies you already have are the best starting material.

Next step

Show us how a contact comes in today and what happens to it

Tell us which tool you run, how somebody gets on your list and what gets sent after that. We read it and tell you which flow to build first and what it would be measured on. You hear back within one to two business days to set up a call.
