When you will hear back, in your own time
Our day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central European Time, Monday through Friday. Converted to your clock, that lands on your early morning, so an email you send at the end of your day is read before you get back to your desk.
- ETEastern. We are at our desks from 3:00 a.m. until noon your time. Easiest window for a call is 8:00 a.m. to noon.
- CTCentral. 2:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. your time. Send it before your first meeting and the answer is usually there by mid morning.
- PTPacific. Midnight until 9:00 a.m. your time. For calls later in your day we extend ours, and we do it often enough that it is routine.
